Shawn Rabbani, C.E.O of Bellagio Design Build has graduated from Oklahoma University with bachelor of Architecture in 1982. Since then he has designed and built hundreds of homes.

He is been successful all these year because he loves what he does and is committed to do a great job for his clients and projects.

Architecture is not only about designing a structure, it is about designing a home that is comfortable, beautiful, and fulfills owner's needs so they can live in it happily and joyfully.

As a design build company, our goals is to create a living space for our clients to satisfy their needs of space, harmony, functionality and at the same time will be economical. So they can enjoy living in it for years to com.

As a licence ad insured general contractor we understand the process of construction from design, blue prints, permitting to actual art of putting it all together.

These knowledge and our commitments to a good quality makes our clients dreams come true easily and smoothly.

When we design and build, the project goes a lot faster and on budget. 

We manage our projects in house. We do not pass it on to a third party contractor and there is no middle man. This enables us to give an excellent job for our clients and save them a lot of money.
